H.E. Zaki Nusseibeh United Arab Emirates

Personal interpreter and advisor for the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, H.E. Zaki is also a long-time patron of the arts. He began his career as a journalist, editor and broadcaster, before becoming the Director of Information for Abu Dhabi and later the UAE Government. Fluent in seven languages, H.E. Nusseibeh went on to become Advisor to the Presidential Court (now known as the Ministry of Presidential Affairs), and is currently the cultural adviser to the President of the UAE. In 2012, H.E was granted the Arab-European Culture Prize of the European Cultural Foundation based in Basel, and the International Prize for Tolerance and Dialogue of Civilizations of the International Academy of Sciences and Arts based in Salzburg.
